SDS (Safety Data Sheets) Update Instructions:
- Add products- list name and manufacturer utilizing our ‘SDS Chemical Inventory & Updates (Form 3)’ provided.
- Remove products- from a copy of the SDS Index, draw a single line through products no longer in use/“Inactive”.
- Change an existing product name for alphabetical purposes- draw a single line through product and write preferred name next to it.
* The name must fully identify the product and be known throughout the clinic for quick referencing.
